Can a guy go to like Fleet Farm or something and pick up the turkey regs? Im thinkin i might have to buy a tag and see if i can stick one with my bow!

And then, go to p. 55.

Or, you will find them in the regular hunting regulations you may have picked up last fall.

so there isnt like a separate pamphlet of turkey regs?

Not that I know of. You could just print out the turkey pages from the link above. I'm not aware of any separate booklet, except for the green book a person receives to notify that we've drawn successfully for the lottery.
