Anyone have any pics of the Winnebago sturgeon season? Believe the big girl was like 170lbs.

wouldnt that be a rush. I have never done it, but i would love to do it one year, the problem with that is that i would be hooked and have to do it every year.

I know some people who went.

But they didn’t get to throw at anything.

I will ask if they want to put their pics up here.

I personally won’t go. I won’t spear a sturgeon, they take too long to grow, and are too fun to catch and release with hook and line.

I feel the same way with large northerns too.

Keeping those big fish is just not for me.

That is just my opinion of course.

I respect those who enjoy going out there though, and I dang sure like the pics and stories too.
