Bob Horn
I am looking for a lake that has big perch. I know about Devils Lake, looking for somewhere else, I was there last year. The Lake doesn`t have to be well known as long as it`s within a 16-20 hr drive from Chicago. If you prefer to send an email([email protected]) or just post here. There isn`t much here like you all have. Thanks Fish On

Finlander
Lake Of The Wodds is a great jumbo perch lake. It's just all those walleyes and saugers are biting right next to them!Such a problem!

Guest
You can easily find big perch on Waubay, Buffalo, Cattail in NE South Dakota.Devils Lake Perch are so over-fed with all of the Fresh Water Shrimp they can eat, it's not worth the drive or effort.------------------Chells
Walleye #1
Don't forget about Winnie!Last year we took a two day trip, and each day we caught a a number of perch in the 11-13 inch range. Very nice size and great eathers. I have also caught some jumbos on Mille Lacs!Waubay is good, but can be a zoo at times.Good Luck wherever you go.May you drill your holes straight and your bobbers stay underWalleye #
can it be luck?
Blackduck lake has some big perch. I only fished it 1 week this past summer. We caught many large perch and other fish as well. I'd bet it would be a great winter fishery. I hope to try it at least once this winter, I'm always jumping around from Winni to Red anyways, it's right on the way. Anyone else ever fish this one?------------------http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck
