  1. I see you're using Shutterfly. Click on to the pic so it's enlarged, then drag/place the address in the brackets.
  2. It looks like a fun time, the Burntside Bash. Is this going to be an annual event? Scheduling didn't work for me this past year, but I sure would like to attend the next one. I never fished lakers through the ice. It looks and sounds like it would be a blast

  5. Woodcock can be somewhat elusive. Without a dog, hunting can be real tough. Woodcock prefer wet, marshy areas. Creek bottoms can be good, however young popal slashings can be great! Woodcock are migratory, so timing the "flights" are critical. Pay attention to the weather. Look for "splashings", the droppings that have a whitewash look to them. Feathers and probe marks also are tell-tale signs of thier presense. Woodcock hold tight, without a dog, you may be walking past them without ever knowing. Woodcock IMO are one of the easiest birds to hit. Low brass 7 1/2 or 8 shot in imp. cyl. is what I load up with. ------------------ http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck
  6. What I mean is this, normally trout and salmon require a boat, lots of equipment, deep water. Fall fishing requires minimal equipment, a pole, handful of tackle, shoreline. When I say "Even though they're dying, they're not dead yet!" What I mean is, even though dying, a salmon will still put up a heck of a fight on light tackle! Small water + big fish = lots-o-fun! ------------------ http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck
  7. I thought the saying was "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man how to fish.....AND HE STEALS YOUR SPOTS!" ------------------ http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck [This message has been edited by can it be luck? (edited 08-13-2004).]
  8. I made the mistake yesterday in posting my e-mail address not thinking. I've since taken it off. Do these people/groups steal addresses in order to spam/sell/junk mail things to you? ------------------ http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck
  9. rmh2o with some Lake Erie "eaters". He caught a nice 29 1/2"er which I didn't get a pic of. Oh well. ------------------ http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck

  11. rmh2o, how's it going? Long time no talk since Ohio. Hope all's well with you. I sent you an e-mail the other day, it was returned. Anyways, I just wanted you to know that I posted an Erie pic on FM the other day. No big deal. I'm gonna stick it on the "Brag Board" Take care, Mark ------------------ http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck [This message has been edited by can it be luck? (edited 08-13-2004).]

  14. abens, send it to me at [email protected], I'll post it for you. Granny, that's a great idea, that way the pics can be consolidated in one forum, not scattered about, and remain somewhat current for viewing. As it is now, after the pics/thread ages, the pics/thread disappears into the archives to be forgotten. I'll look into your idea, I like it. Rick?????? Paul, we were posting at the same time. ------------------ http://groups.msn.com/canitbeluck [This message has been edited by can it be luck? (edited 08-12-2004).]
