shack vs. cabin

As mentioned before, you must have mice for it to be a shack...lots of them...

And they must feel at home, as though you are the guest, not them...

Like, for example, when you finish dinner, and lean back a little from the table, so you can read the three month old paper, they should feel as though it is perfectly acceptable to hop up on the table, and eat the scraps off your still warm plate...

They should also be feel comfortable to nest in the bottom of the outhouse...hey, they need a throne too...after all they are Royalty...

You have been in my shack - although you forgot the fisher who lives under the shack and the weasel that was finally dispatched at 3:00am in the shack, by my father, with a shotgun. (On a side note, there was no damage to the shack - at least we could not tell).

We've got something living in the shack that eats the mice out the traps and leaves their heads. I've never seen it, but it's very existence precludes visits from my wife.

Tom, no answer, though I know the old Shamrock store is right there on 14, but thanks for asking, its hard to find any one who was sober enough to remember where anything was or is around there...as far as the twins, I thought I was seein' double...now I'm sober, my eyes change so fast, I still see double...

Had a bear a visitin' this weekend, tore a little into the small shack where I keep the critter treats, if I had known that when I saw him while out a walkin', I woulda' tore into him but good...

I did forget one thing about the mice in a shack, after they get done lickin' most of the bacon grease out of the skillet, they should skate around in the remaining film, and do a little antler dance...in der' Vintervundervare, without so much as a Howdy Doo...
