birdswacker
I'm thinking of using my bow this year to shoot Mr.Gobbler. I use G5 100 gr.broadheads and easton maxxima arrows is this a good combination or do I switch to expandables or gobbler guillitine?
Powerstroke
Many birds have fallen to regular old broadheads. I'm interested in trying some of the new heads, but I don't know if it will happen this year.
demonjigger
I, personally have not used them, but the gobbler guillitines have been proven by a friend of mine. Larger killing head is always good, especially for a head/neck shot...
matthothand
Guillotine all the way. If not that though I'd skip the expandables and stick with a large diameter fixed blade. Really though, use the guillotine. Heads will roll.
stretch
instead of using the guillotine, try using the new bullhead from magnus. it's way better then the guillotine. you don't have to deal with straws, its a three blade, the blades are a little thicker then the guillotine, and they are supposed to fly better also. the guys from double bull brooks and keith designed this broadhead and i got too see them shoot the proto type one in the shot and it flew very good. other wise if you go to a mechanical broadhead try the rocket hammerhead. it's a 2" cutting diameter and they fly really good also. check them out and good luck.
