Instrument Cluster, Speedometer and AWD out on Sportsman

All the above electronic instruments went out on my 06 Sportsman. I had to charge the battery once when it wouldn't start when it was cold. Hasn't seemed to work right since though all did work after the charging at one time or another. IT also hasn't been brought in for the latest recall. Would that have anything to do with it?

Called a dealer. IT is the recalled Electronic Control Module causing the problem. Module on back order. Thanks
