Over the counter bow turkey tags

Havn't hunted turkeys in 20+ years.(SE part of state). Would like to give son a crack at them with bow. On the permit map, the numbers in quotation marks are the # of permits given out for that zone? Also they have a youth turkey hunt to be "guided" by a member of the "turkey"? club on participating landowners ground. Live 13 miles south of Granite Falls. Anyone know if there is an active club in the neighborhood, or how would I check into the possibilties of a youth hunt? Did not apply for lottery and he has never had a tag to hunt them.
