Anyone have a good beef jerky recipe?

sweet & hot

1 1/4 cup coy sauce

1/2 cup worchester sauce

1/3 cup steak sauce

1/4 - 1/2 cup hot sauce

2 tsp koser salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp garlic power

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup honey

after a couple days marinaiding I slow cook in the smoker. Not sure were I got this recipie mabey from here.

what cut of meat do you use?

i used a round steak yesterday and it was okay....I've heard that an eye of round is the best to use.

I put about 4 or 5 tsp's in the jerky I made yesterday and it really wasn't hot enough....does the addition of hot sauce really fire this recipe up?

I don't let my temp get above 150. I sometimes have to open the door slightly to keep the temperature from getting too high. I try to smoke at least for 5-6 hours before I even peek at it. Some pieces smoke faster than others. When I take my jerky off the rack...I let it sit at room temp for a few minutes and then put it in a ziploc bag and back in the fridge.
