Computer fan/s for shack?

Thinking about puting in a computer fan/s as I am getting some moisture buildup (discoloration) on the walls along the bottom plate.

Went online and there are tons of variations of 12V computer fans from 1" to almost 5". RPM and CFM also vary.

What would I need to use for a 7'X17' house to move some air to the floor level. Quietness would also be a plus.

If cheap is the game, all computer fans are quiet and all of them move good amounts of air. I don't know very many people without old computers that they are ready to throw out. Most machines have at least two fans... go. If you'd rather buy a new fan they are less than $5 from several sources online.

I would go with 5 strung across the ceiling every 3 feet. I have a 10 foot house and have 3 3.5" fans in the ceiling and it is just right.

If you have a higher ceiling, you may be better off just installing a ceiling fan.
