Newbie looking for target sight

Alright guys, heres what I am looking for. I just started my first league shooting and am finding that my hunting sight really is not all the great for target shooting. I see a lot of the big time shooters with the 4x sights and all that [PoorWordUsage]. I don't need anything that spectacular. All I am looking for is a good single pin sight (its only for 20 yds). If you guys have any advice for me, I would greatlly appreciate it.

you could remove all your pins except one?... I myself like my scope and fun stuff... But there are a lot of good sights on the market.. I have a Sure Loc on my Target bow and really like it... I have a Copper John Dead Nuts for hunting and 3D.. really like it too.

Like deitz said you could just remove all of your pins and save some money. if you do want to get a new sight they do make sights that have just one pin and is not a scope. currently i have a viper scope on mine and love it but i dont shoot anymore and am trying to get rid of the whole setup

I do have an old sight that I took all the pins but one off and it seems to be ok. I was curious though about those hot dot sights or some of those holographic sights. I like the idea of those since thats what I had on my m-4 in Iraq and it is also the sight I have on my home AR. You guys have any opinions on those?
