rocstar
A buddy gave me some venison bacon he had made and it was pretty good! Does anyone know how to make it? It appears to be a ground product that is cooked in loafs and then sliced thin.
Harmonica Bear
10-4, that's exactly what it is. Dirty Biker makes a lot of it, I'm sure he'll post on how he does it. It has a unique consistency, but it is darn good.

woody1975
I would love a crack at trying this. A buddy of mine had his made at a meat market in Perham. That stuff was awesome and I have to believe that it is better for ya than real bacon. Maybe my wife would let me eat that.Recipe please?????DL

Harmonica Bear
okDirty Biker is having some log-in issues with his new job (CONGRATS!) so he can't post anything right now, but he did send me this e-mail:"I can’t get on FM so tell them to go to PS Seasoning and look up venison bacon they will help you out. I just pulled 25lbs of it out of the smoker this morning looks good!!!!!!!"Guess I might have to stop by. I'm sure he'll post more info once his log-in issues are resolved.HB
