Frostee's and eye's?

I use Frostee jiggin' spoons for pannies around the Rochester area. They work great tipped with a couple waxies.

Will these work for Walleye's tipped with a minnow or a minnow head? If so, is there a certain size/color that works better than another?

Yes, one could use the frosties with a minnow head or whole minnow in the right sized hook.

Another great option for walleyes are the JB rattling varmints and the Angel Eyes. Both of these jigs are great eye catchers tipped with a minnow head or tail.

1/8 oz. techniglo red with a minnow head but sometimes they like the whole minnow struggling against the spoon.

you should try Lindy's newest addition... the Rattl'n Flyer spoon. It combines a holographic spoon presentation, glo, and adds a wider area to fish. This particular spoon floats out when jigging... up to about 3 feet away from your hole. Jig up, let it drop, when it hits botton, slowly drag it back to below your hole. Not only do you cover more area with this jig, but it kicks up natrual forage in siltly bottoms that walleye naturally feed off of. So you are provding the visual representation and the forage off the bottom is provding the scent!
