Dish Network

So I'm up on the garage limbing a Black Walnut that will come down soon and a small branch falls and hits the Dish. It doesn't hit it hard but it bumps the reciever thingy that collects the signal from the dish and now I don't get a signal to the TV's.

I called Dish and the best they can do is send out a Tech. I tried to readjust the dish myself but I am still unable to get a signal.

Do you guys have any ideas or am I stuck paying for a Tech. to come out and readjust the dish?

Do you have the directions for setting up a dish? Is the pipe it is mounted on still vertical? IF off a little it will be harder to find a signal. Also have the alignent bolts on the dish changed. If the pipe is vertical and you have the alignment bolt angle correct you should be able to adjust left to right to find the correct satellite. Also if you have a dual LNB dish you have to be using the correct LNB to tune in the dish. Once you have the satellite aligned left to right you can play with the angle again if necessary.

Should be a test screen that will show you signal strength. People use dish all the time out fishing and have to reposition dish every move. Have directv myself so sorry I can't give you play by play to get signal strength screen.
