Cat Diff Lock issues

Was plowing snow today with the new cat 700, and locked in the front diff. the "lock" indicator came on, then when I start to move it blinks or goes off all together...anyone have any ideas?? should I take it in, it is still under warranty. is it possible something is frozen on the front end???

Did it stay locked in and the indicator light just went out?I would guess it is a bad or misadjusted switch, or a loose wire. But hey, if it is under warranty take it back and let them worry about it.

that is what I did, except that it would have come in handy to plow snow!!! plus I sold my old plow truck, so I ended up having to hire out my driveway this time!!
