maros91
Standing corn is where I am headed about the middle of Dec. Have seen alot of deer at this time but not many trophy's. Good way to fill a bonus tag. Find the food and you will find deer.
harvey lee
I would agree with Bill, looking for deer after the rut will include the food sources. After these bucks have run the rut and not eaten much, they will need to eat alot of food to replace any fat they have lost from the rut to get through the winter.Food,food,food. surewood
No corn to hunt around here. I mainly focus on the thick stuff on the edge of clear cuts but I really could use some snow to find out where they are moving. I've found a couple of sheds that are 60 plus inches in the last couple of years around a couple clear cuts. I'm trying to focus on them and hope I can figure out where the big ones hide.
