Anyone after Canadian Whitetails?

The hunter (coincidentally Hunter is his last name) is from Swan River so he wasn't using an outfitter. The animal was shot in a logging area along the north side of the Duck Mountains. Baiting is illegal in Manitoba.

Nice deer. Heavy mass. One to be proud of.

BAITING is illegal in Manitoba and SHOULD BE everywhere. I do not see how any whitetail is allowed in the B&C if shot from a food plot or been baited. Yes I know about black bear but have the same thoughts there as well.

I imagine this will tick some off but just my opinion.
