Brule Fall Season Recap (pics included!)

Well, the Brule closes on thursday and I'm about done for the year. It was a hit and miss season with great fishing early and things getting very tough as of late. I got into a lot of chrome fish this year, but the size wasn't as big as previous years. A 26 incher here a 28 incher there, but the large majority of fish were in the 22-24 inch range. I also got into a few lake run browns, but they were also on the smaller side. In all it was a great season, beautiful weather, beautiful fish, and I even came through on the commitment I made to myself that I wanted to catch some fish on swung flies. Man is that a blast. Here's a few pics of myself and a few buddies I took over the season.

Great lookin' fish! A buddy and I try some early season steelie fishin' by floatin' from the bridge down to the landing. We get a couple each spring.

Nice fish kent, same for me lot of 22-24's and a couple bigger fish. Quick as you know i'm in the wrong form but i have to check it ot from time to time. Great fall all and all but after tomorrow when i get off the river i might just fall into a great state of depresion.
