We had another good run during the second year of the ice map thread. With around 20,000 views it was just as popular again this year.

There where over 40 members who generously took the time to send in ice information. Thank you from myself and the other members for you participation!!!!

Can you/will you do it this spring for ice out?

If there is any interest I might consider it. I thought about it last year but was to busy to get it going.

Now that they have removed the traffic counters how will you be able to tell how much interest there is? Lots of folks used to read it but not post. Oh well... Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo

I would start a post towards the spring to see if anybody is interested in sending in ice out reports. If there are a lot of replies than it will probably be a go!

Otherwise the DNR has an iceout page that will give a general idea of whats going on based on the selected lakes they use accross the state.
