glenn57
in my travels i see a fair amount of turkeys. why is it you hardly ever see the hens, most birds are toms? is it because the toms are darker in color or what? anybody got any ideas? Powerstroke
I'm not sure why you see so many toms. I see hens quite often. Maybe the bachelor group you see really likes the area you keep seeing them in.

glenn57
when giong to and from places around spicer/ new london even cold spring where i live thats all i see are toms, and by the size of them they appear to be older than a jake. maybe because of there colors i focus on them not hens. i dont know i just see a hole lot more toms than hens. it sure gets the ole ticker revved up when you see them though.
