Has any one kept in touch with Dennis? I lost my phone a couple weekends ago and still trying to get all my numbers back in the new one.. If any one knows how to get in touch with Steel, email me please.

Thanks a bunch.

Been out fishing here in the MN River by Redwood but nothing good as of yet. I have been pounding wood and holes but nothing over 5 pounds and no Flattys yet... Im starting to go into withdrawls.

I've got his number, Dtro has his number, Papa Grump has his number... we can hook you up.

You gonna fish Cat League with us next year Rusty?? 6 Friday nights throughout the course of the summer, boundaries from Mankato to 35W bridge in the Cities on the Minnesota. Would be a little drive for you but you'd have a great time! wink.gif

Walleyes should start going pretty good soon. Water temp is on the verge of plummeting! Flatties will be getting lock jaw or already have. frown.gif

Sweet! I have a lot of family that live in the Redwood area. It is a beautiful city. I've had very minimal success fishing for flats in the river. When I was in high school a buddy and I fished the Mn River almost every night. We've only managed 3 flatties over that span with the biggest being around 15 pounds. Dennis and I were going to hook up last spring/summer to do some cat fishing around his neck of the woods but I had last minute plans that got in the way frown.gif

He was going to try to put me on some decent fish. Would've been fun. Maybe next spring after the cats get into full swing you can show me the ropes. I'm either doing something wrong or just have plain bad luck!

Anyhow, welcome to the area and I hope you find some fish

Leech, (Jesse)
