outfishedagain
I heard from a friend that a person is able to update the software on a locator. He said that it would help in being able to read to the newer lake master or navionics chip. I was just curious if this is possible and if so how would i be able to? 0 caseymcq
Have an empty SD card and go to the HSOforumhttp://www.lowrance.com/Downloads/Updates/default.aspPick your particular unit and download the software update to the SD card. Put the card in your Lowrance and it will automatically update your software.
0 iffwalleyes
First off are you having any problems reading chips? If not I would leave it along. Read this first before you do anything lots of pretty good info on why not to update if you aren't having problems.http://www.fishingminnesota.com/forum/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=1090403&page=&view=&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=
