0 iffwalleyes
Pro Cheap and does a decent job of protection. If you don't haul alot it will do the job. I have had it in my last two truck. But with all the hauling I do alot I will not put it in my next one when ever that comes. Cons it is kind of messy it takes awhile to get it off your hands. Not as thick at spray in.The biggest thing it is cheap. It take two coats to do it well. I put one on two days in a row let it dry good. The instructions say it will dry much faster than it really does. Good luck.
0 Ryan_V
I've had good luck with mine, but it I had a newer, nicer truck I'd definetly go with professional. mine has worn where I slide my ramp under my wheeler and is starting to peel in places after about 5 years. all in all, worth the money for light duty. 0 Sergeant Slabber
I agree with what Ryan just said. It's well worth the money for light duty. I have put Herculiner in two of my pick-ups. I have hauled everything from rock to wood and it has held up fine. It will start to wear down eventually, but I haven't had it peel off or anything. If you prep it correctly it will adhere great. If it does peel of for some reason, you can buy a quart of it to fix up those spots. Just dab it on. I have also used it on trailer frames, my boat floor and wooden stairs. It really helps to keep things from sliding around as well. It doesn't matter that you have a topper on your truck. That really shouldn't be in the way of application. Make sure to use it in a well ventilated area and definetly wear some rubber gloves. The first time I used it I didn't wear gloves and had it on my hands for about 2 months! Like I said, well worth it for light duty and the cost factor. I saw the gallon kit was on sale at Menards this week. That's all you'll need to do your truck bed.
