Marshall1117
I'm behind this year due to lack of time. Anyways I have my bow dialed in with field tips, and tonight I shot my broadheads, and holy cow was the thing off! Last year I used the same broadheads/arrows bow everything. I didn't have to adjust much of anything last year. Today I was way way left of the target. My up and down were right in line with the target. What are some things that could be going wrong? Thanks for any advice
Powerstroke
Left to right deflection can be from arrow contact, hand torque, maybe the sight is tweaked. Did you switch back to FT's after the bad BH shots to see if everything is still aligned? I would double check that first to make sure you didn't knock something out of whack that would effect all arrows.
xedge2002
I would echo what powerstroke said. I know when I start getting lazy with my front hand my arrows will start to move to the left.
snapcrackpop
I thought I was doing the same as you when practicing a few weeks ago. Problem ended up being between my ears...After going back to field points and making good shots out to 40 yards, I went back to broadheads and I was dead on.It was just target panic, just having the real thing on the end of my arrows I was getting excited for the upcoming season. Deitz Dittrich
I'm with Power on this one... check the easy stuff first... Grip torque is the culprit many times.
