How do you restore old baseballs?

I have some practically new baseballs that are old and the leather has dried out making them smooth and slippery. I'm wondering if rubbing glove oil on them or something like that will work to bring back that new sticky feeling?

New balls have sort of a waxy feeling to them.

You can try saddle oil, that works good on all leather stuff, I havent ever used it on baseballs, but it should work.

Try rubbing the balls with some glove conditioner. I have one that's mink oil-based and one that's lanolin-based. I'd guess the lanolin would bring the balls back to life without getting them too greasy.
