Want to make great deer hamburger? Try grinding it with mixed in Bacon and Jalapeno Peppers. The peppers mello out when ground and make the burger taste great. The Bacon adds flavor and make the burger easier to fry.

You can also add cheese (ground in) for more flavor and a cheesy burger.

This all works when making brats too. We ate they up so fast last year...we didn't have any for the summer!! The kids love 'em!
