Handicap party hunting question

If I am driving my handicapped friend around, with him legally hunting from the vehicle, can he shoot deer for me? I see it as party hunting, but am not sure as I am not handling a gun.

I have e-mailed the DNR each of the past two years with this question. No responses. They have responded promptly to all other inquires.

I will look tommorrow but if my memory serves me correct, no you cannot unless you have a handicapped license also maybe. Not much of an answer but I do believe you cannot unless the laws have changed.
