7.62 x45

recently inhearited this gun. never will be used for anything other then plunkin. it came with about 3500 rounds. some of the boxes say 7.62x45 and some say 7.62x52. whats the difference? very unfamiliar with this gun.old czhec gun even has a mech bainet. cool old gun

IIRC, the 7.62 x 45 is an old Czech round. I think they later abandonded this and went to the standard 7.62 x 39 that the Russian bloc countries used.

As far as the 7.62 x 52 goes, I have no idea. 7.62 x 51 is the old NATO round, which is essentialy a .308 Winchester.
