Catfishing after these rains

I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on fishing these creek inlets after the heavier rains that we had? Do you think that they become more productive when they suddenly have a divulge of water coming in?

I have done very well on walleyes and smallmouth doing the same thing, so I would think it would work.. The key was always associating to the mixing point of clean and dirty water next to a drop off. Also the fish were very active.

The sumo channels are still biting. Kyle's little bro whacked this 30" x 18" 13 lber from a log jam in about 10 fow. It looks like its jaw must have beeen broke at one time.

Nice fish, ugly jaw. Looks like she is still doing well, even with the funky jaw.

We got into a few nice ones last night as well. I'll put a report up soon.

We got a 21# channel this spring with a jw with similar injuries.. but it wasnt THAT UGLY!

Nice fish... but its in need of a face lift! The whiskers look insane on that thing.

How about a free ride in the new boat to who ever guesses the spot. I'm not sure what the 3rd thing darren see's in the pic. My guess is that it is the dead bullhead laying on the front deck or the secret sunflower seeds we used for bait.
