2007 Mercury 115 HP Fourstoke EFI

Anybody have any experience with this motor? My friend is looking at a 2007 Lund Tyee 1750 with this motor. He is also looking at the 115 Honda but is comes in at over 250 pounds more.

Both motors are '07 models.

Thanks for any info or experience you can share.

I don't think that Honda is 250 lbs. heavier, maybe 100 lbs. at the most. Both are good motors IMO.

The merc weighs 400 lbs, the honda 496 lbs.

I'd go with the merc, but I've never been a real big honda fan.
