WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those scoops are tough. Banged one on a cement floor for 3 three days thinking it would be no problem to break one.............wrong!!!!!!!! Never did break one. the one that I have been field testing for the last three weeks still looks brand new. Go ahead and get one now. It will be the last scoop you will ever buy.

big dipper:

Gaff with detachable hook ... BRILLIANT! Oh the number of times I've wrapped lines around mine or hooked my mittens/clothes/etc. on a gaff. Run with it man!

Dad's getting a Big Dipper (and a PT Aurora headlamp) for Christmas this year. All his buddies in WI are gonna see it and want one too. Better get a bigger/faster production line ready.

The BIG DIPPER has many options, ICe fishing for me is alot of beer drinking. Your buddies wont touch your beer after a good wack with the dipper. And when you get a little tipsy hang it from the wall of the shak throw in a mint and and you have something to aim at!

I also might have lied at the ice show, someone asked me how you got your measurements for the scoop, I might have told them that the scoop was the same size as pamala andersons implants.
That guy bought two!

It floats, its tuffer then nails, and its a measureing stick. What else do you need ?
GREAT IDEA !!!

The Big Dipper Ice Scoop was the talk of the Ice Fishing Show. We sold out of this one.

IT WAS POPULAR

Fortunately we got more in.

Looks like many of you received Big Dipper Xmas gifts. Quite a few ladies bought 2-4 at a time.

Big Dipper scoops ARE tough and versatile.

Click here if you would like to take a peak at what everyone is talking about or get one yourself.

It only takes 2-3 days to get them under normal circumstances.

As the ice gets thicker, the Big Dipper becomes even more valuable. It's so nice to stand-up and scoop without squatting down by the ice hole and take out a LOT of ice with each scoop.

Did you get a Big Dipper Ice Scoop for Christmas?

Found out they are good for things other than clearing holes. Catch yourself an eelput, chop off the head and let it freeze up. Viola! Instant "Pout-LaCrosse".
Yep, the things people do while waiting for a fish on Mille Lacs...

Oh yeah.... even been smacked with a frozen 'pout head traveling at 40? Enough to put a good welt on a mans a$$.

I was out with the father-in-law Tuesday morning and I had a chance to use my BigDipper along side his traditional scoop.

It was only 5 degrees when we hit the lake. We were using a portable with no heat. It didn't take long and his scoop turned into a giant laddle because of the thick layer of ice on it - and it just didn't work right.

The BigDipper had a little ice, but continued to work wonderfully. I still love the ability to pick up the Dipper with wet hands and not leave behind a layer of skin. It also work great for measuring the ice thickness. 11 inches as the trucks have started making their way on the lake. *sigh*

I got to use mine for the first time and i really like it. Once scoop for me and i was fishing. My buddy was amazed how strong it was and said its probably going to be the last scoop i ever buy. I dont doubt that at all. If you don't have one, get one.

The big dipper proved very handy when opening used holes and cleaning them out. You could ream the ice edge to smooth it after breaking it open with the Big Dipper.

This is one tough Dipper. Also handy because I didn't have to kneel down or bend over excessivley to scoop. Takes a lot of ice out in every scoop.

Just bought myself a Big Dipper, now this is a great product. You can clean out the slush in your hole in just a few scoops. Good for spearhouse to. You can also bank your house in no time with one of these babies. This multipurpose fishing gadget saves time and no more of the [crooked back syndrome]. Thanks for a great fishing tool.

    • got this tackled today took about 3 hours to get both sides done. Didnt even get to use a torch....   Thought I was golden with just jacking it up and I could get to everything but no luck. Had to remove the entire axle hub and brake assembly to get to what I needed. Was a pain but still better then taking off the entire pivot arm.    Axle bearings were already greased and in great shape thankfully. Got both leaf springs installed and its ready for the road again.   Probably going to have my electric brakes checked, I am not touching anything with the brake drums. Based on what I saw it doesn't look like my electric brakes have been working anyway. Brakes are nice to have if its slippery out
    • By The way that didn't work either!! Screw it I'll just use the cellular.
    • It’s done automatically.  You might need an actual person to clear that log in stuff up.   Trash your laptop history if you haven’t tried that already.
    • 😂 yea pretty amazing how b o o b i e s gets flagged, but they can't respond or tell me why I  can't get logged in here on my laptop but I can on my cellular  😪
    • I grilled some brats yesterday, maybe next weekend will the next round...
    • You got word censored cuz you said        B o o b ies….. haha.   Yeah, no… grilling is on hiatus for a bit.
    • Chicken mine,  melded in Mccormick poultry seasoning for 24 hours.  Grill will get a break till the frigid temps go away!
    • we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
