Heartman Posted July 16, 2007 Share Posted July 16, 2007 Season to your preference some dry pizza crust mix - mix half the bag with half a can of beer to make the batter - dip your zuchini in the batter, then roll it in the other half of the crust mix - dry. Pretty crispy, and if you season the crust mix, you can make it taste however you want - works great with fish as well. And if I were you, I'd buy the beer in at least a 12-pack.
