Rush lakes/Rush city

Never fished there but was wondering if there is a descent fishable population of bass in these lakes either LM or SM's?

I have heard of a smallie being caught in the lake before.. but, but would be willing to bet its the only one in there. There is a very good population of largies however. Have at it, its a fun body of water to fish.

i believe this is the lake derek remitz cut his teeth bass fishing. good lake from what i hear. ike

I've only fished the Rush lakes once, a couple years ago in a Metro LETS tourney. Very good bass fishing. I plan on fishing there again in August.

Good stuff happening there. Some of my biggest bass (21"-22") have come out of those lakes. Plenty of spots to fish.
