Solar panel battery charger

A friend of mine is interested in buying a 15watt solar panel for topping off his batteries while camping.Does anyone know how long these take to charge a 12volt dc battery?I know there will be a difference based on how discharged the batteries are.Or has anyone used these chargers,let me know what you think of them....Thanks....

Do a search this topic came up a while back. If I remember correctly unles you go with a big one they really dont help much.
