dlg
I have an early 90's Tuffy that, over the years, has sustained a few chips in the hull. Nothing major, but is there something that I can do to fill in the chips and small holes? I love my boat and I want to keep it a couple more years and then hand it off to my son. mnfishman
I have heard on other forums that Marine Tex works great for this. I think it comes in white and clear. Just google the name and you will find it. Some of the other stuff works but it doesn't hold up over time especially on the bottom of the hulls.I also think you can tint it to match your hull. Steve Bakken
You can order a little container of gelcoat paste custom mixed to match your boat. We use it all the time for small chips and after it's sanded and buffed, you'd never even know it's there.
