Tilt and trim question

I have a 75 yahmaha tiller. I have two add-on tilt and trim controls one "hot foot" and the other behind my seat. On succesive days they quit working. Wondering where I should begin looking for the problem? All fuses seem to be good. The tilt and trim on the motor works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

You should be looking at wiring, since these are add-on accessories.

ALL tilt & trim units on newer boats have 3 wire colors

Red +

Blue UP

Green DOWN

Looks like you lost the + somewhere, trace the harnesses from each switch, starting with the one from remote control usually underneath the gunnel.
