transferring waypoints to Lowrance H2Oc

I am trying to transfer waypoints for the first time. I have the LakeMaster Contour Pro software and downloaded some waypoints with a card reader to a MMC (XD-picture card) from my camera. It doesn't appear that this will fit in H2OC. I don't want to force it. Do I need to buy a special card for this purpose. I thought the H2Oc would accpet mosts cards. I left my owner's manual at lake and can't look up how to do this. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. Thank you.

I use an SD card for doing what you're trying to do. It works fine.

Thats all the H2O will except, SD/MMC.
