Guacamole?

Recommended Posts

2 avocados mashed up, 1 tomato chopped, 1 clove garlic chopped or crushed small, 1/4-1/2 a lime worth of juice, don't forget the worcestire sauce-- i think it ends up being around a tsp., though just add a few drops till it tastes right.... if ya like it spicier, add some tabasco, just don't overdo it or it starts tasting like vinegar....

a little chopped onion or cilantro are also optional, though not necessary.....

the key is the worcestire sauce-- often overlooked, but adds a lot to the guac.....

I'm somewhat partial to Bar Abeline's tableside guac recipe (they make it right in front of you). It's rough, and I just make everything to taste, so mess around with these ingredients!

1 avacado

tsp minced garlic (less if you're not a true garlic fan)

celery salt (careful, only a bit)

dash of worchester

sprinkle or two of lemon juice

chopped cilantro if you're partial to it

It's simple, and delicious.

This one's pretty good:

3 avocados

3 roma tomatoes

½ - 1 lime squeezed

About ¼ to ½ of an onion

A spoonful or so of sour cream

Tabasco sauce, or any other hot sauce, as much as you like

A little bit of fresh cilantro

Salt until it tastes right

We use the package seasoning, but throw some more stuff in. I'm partial to not mashing the avacadoes and will slice them up in little chunks. Then add:

Black Beans

Onions

Green & Red Peppers

Jalepenos

Corn

Cilantro

Hot sauce

Lime Juice

Tomatos
