What knot to use?

What type of knot should I use for attaching a 2-3ft flourocarbon leader to fireline? The two uses would be for crankbaits and vertical jigging. Thanks in advance!

I tie Fireline directly to the jig. For crankbaits tie a palomar to a snap, no leader.

A double Uni knot works great to tie the lines together also.

If I use a leader with Fireline I tie a small size 12 barrel swivel to the fire line with a Palomar knot and then tie the leader to the swivel add a small Quick Clip to the other end of the leader for use with both jigs and cranks.
