Hey I'm not complain but think you could talk to someone to have a cat tourney section?I know I'm hesitant to post here cause of all the tourney posts at top billing, and I fish the upper Mn.which does'nt get many posters anyway. So I wonder how many caters are overwhelmed with the tourney posts and just bypass. Thanks Sparcebag cool.gif

I guess I agree, but I can't think of a better way to do it with the current system that is in place.

Maybe a subforum. I don't know....is that is possible here? Remember, I'm just a user of FM like you. I don't have

any way to change anything. I requested that the KOTC threads were pinned for the contest members to find easier, not to give them "top billing". As I stated in the very first thread, I don't want this to become a problem or anything, Just want to have some fun. It seems like so far people seem to be enjoying it.

I could request to have them unpinned, but they will be getting bumped quite often and wouldn't be going away.

BTW, if you want to see contest threads, check out the turkey forum wink.gif

I really dont think they have to be unpined! I wish I could have been in it,and thought dtro was involved in forum,And may have got a special cat tourney area.I'll have to look at the turkey thing he mentioned.

For someone who isn't in the contest it should be much much easier to by pass the contest post when they are pinned to the top. I know if it wasn't for the contest you wouldn't have half the traffic on this forum. I'm just happy to see the cat forum actually be busy for a change.

dtro,

This is an issue both ways, I am on the other side of the fence. I love them in this section, and on the top as I like to keep up on who is catching what....and the pictures are great. Its pretty easy to move past them....Although, It may be better to have them on the "league board" I guess....Just pointing out, their is the flip side out there.

Just one opinion,

jk

Actually Mate,

they make it so easy now all you have to get is the camera, they usually sell software with it. Plug camera into computer and the rest takes care of its self.

There is a little learning involved but if you get one in in the off season you can practice and it works like a charm. I've talked/typed a lot of people through thier first posting of pics on a number of sites and I extend the same offer to you as everyone else. I would be glad to help you out when the time comes mate.

Don't be bashful

thanks

LFC

If you can figure out how to turn your computer on you can work a digi cam. I got one last year and absolutely love it. Gone are the days of hoping wondering if I got that picture of a nice fish.
