1Yogi
The Scent I am most concerned about is my own (go ahead make a Joke here) and or distinctly Human scents. I read somewhere that a lot of tournament pros use Lava soap specifically to remove gas scent and human scent before tying on a lure or soft bait. I try to be certain I am not adding anything to the bait I am using. So spraying it with Garlic or Licorice scents is definately out in my book. lookincalifornia
the way i see it, there is no advantage to not useing a scented plastic. both my mounts came to me via berkley powerbait. i can think of countless times when panfishing that once you get that first fish to put some slime on your hook, the action heats up. not a big spray on guy, but all my plastics are scented
uglystick007
I have fair skin so I always use sunscreen. I also fish with my wife alot and she won't touch leeches. So I'm the bait boy. I don't use scent or scent killer. Somedays we catch walleye on the first cast. Some days she catches all the walleye. Some days I catch all of the walleye. Some days we don't catch anything. When we don't catch anything we are just Fishing. So does sunscreen qualify as scent??????????? Where is that can of WD40.
