New Lure Purchases

I see Reeds, Thorne, and others now Have Crazy Crank Rumblers in. Going to be throwing those a bit (If I can get out chasing spots)

The Rumblers are a pretty cool little bait. It will be interesting to see if they live up to expectations or not. It supposably has a different sound from the front going through the water and throwinh the water back on the prop. The first time I saw them back in Feb, I wondered if the hooks are big enough? When I asked if you can replace them a buddy of mine that works for Nature Vision told me that you cant otherwise it won't set in the water right. In other words you might get alot of blow ups. At $30 a pop, I hope that they catch fish.

Front hook is a 5/0 back hook is a 4/0 basically the baits are weighted perfectly. The big key on the Rumbler is that they ride so low, when a big Ski blows up underneath the bait it. The bait doesn't go flying.....keeping the bait in the strike zone for round two.

I was talking with Dick Pearson and he was using a prototype of the Rumbler and said that he had some very good luck with the bait. Can't wait to throw one!
