Anyone ever convert a console boat to a tiller?

How difficult is it and what parts would be needed for the motor? Any advice- tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not difficult at all, but you need the tiller handle for your motor brand and model.

Remove remote control, cables, steering cables, console, etc.

I have a 2000 Sportfish I converted to a single console and will convert to tiller as soon as I find a motor.
