My biggest eye!

Yesterday while out crappie fishing I caught my biggest walleye. Somethign bumped my jig and took off with it and I figured it was another smallmouth. Nope. Right as my roomate mentinoed it wasnt fighting like a smallie I saw the tail and gasped. He easily neted the fish. It was a beautiful gold colored eye 25 inches and about 6 pounds. We released her back into the water. Unfourtunetly we didnt get any pics, but I HAVE 2 ROOMATES WHO WERE THERE TO PROVE IT HAHAHA!! This was on little long lake just north of Ely, MN.

I knew what lake you were talking about as soon as I saw Ely on your location. I live at Shig-Wak Resort on Little Long and go to school here as well. You're not Nate Bouden's roommates are you?
