marine_man
Good Luck Tom.. sounds like the temperature's supposed to climb above the freezing mark, which should help get rid of some of the snow...Have a good trip!marine_man

harvey lee
Well lets see, the snow was much deeper than I had expected and the snowmobile worked fine as long as I didnt stop in deeper snow. The coyotes must have been called alot in the last month as they were very call shy.One big coyote did catch me by suprise with my gun not loaded yet. I loaded the gun and had to stand and shoot without a tree to stand agaisnt and at 250-300 yards it was a bit to much.I can say that I did have coyote all around and listened to them for many hours but they did not want to show themselves. The deer we all over and they looked to be in good shape right along with the turkeys. So much for reducing the coyote population this winter.
