Last Weekend For Spearing

Well everyone, this sunday is the last weekend of the year for spearing. For myself, it has been a year to remember. From the time we started back in Dec, to now, it has been a great year for myself.

I was able to get alot of trips in this year all around the state of minnesota. Saw tons of fish and had great luck.

Was about the take alot of people out this year that have never be able to take the time to spear. That is something that i strive on, is to be able to get people out that have never tried it, or dont have the time or gear to do it.

It has been a great winter here on FM for spearing fisherman. Thanks to everyone for all there tips they gave up to others that were looking for help. Been a great year. Enjoy the last weekend, and pack everythign up, and get it all ready for next winter, cuase i will be

Im not trying to be a #$%^. But wasnt last weekend the end of the spearing season. I could be wrong but i thought it was over the 18 of Feb. Im not trying to pick on a fellow spearing guy but just trying to help out.

I was looking in the regs book and it said the 18 of feb, but then i went on line and it said the last sunday in feb. wish i would have knowen this on monday when i pulled the house. O well.

come on up to the spearing decoy show in Alexandria Saturday. 10am to 3pm. it's a good time.
