I looked down and this Common Merganser was incoming... held the shutter down hand held and here's the sequence that followed.

Man those orange feet stand out! All you are missing are the decoys

All three are nice. I like the second one best because of how the bird is using full flaps, so to speak, to slow his approach.

Thanks, they look okay re-sized to the web, but when I try and pull them forward/crop... they lose detail. He was just too far away, one of those images solely for the web.
