Meaney
I will be making a ton of jerky this weekend at the folks' place. We usually use a cheap season/cure mix at about 1.50 per 2 pounds. Does anyone have a special jerky seasoning that they would like to share? Thanks guys!
LMITOUT
Hi-Mountain mix is pretty good. I like the cracked pepper/garlic flavor they have.

walleyeking#8
My personal favorite is the Nesco American Harvest Jerky mix sold in most Walmart stores. Sometimes they have a variety (hot and spicy, original, cajun, etc.) and others they just have the original. If you have not tried this, you must it is in my opinion the best jerky mix out there. Gissert
Eldon's meats has an excellent HSOforum, with tons and tons of stuff for making jerky and sausage. For jerky, my favorite as been their brown sugar cure.
