has anyone done a mod on a fish trap guide?

FYI on DIY PVC rod holders. I made some and have broken a couple pannie noodle rod tips with them. The key to using them is leave a lot of slack in the line when you slide the rod in otherwise it pulls tight and the line breaks or the tip breaks!

I like the curved slot for them...great idea!

"SUTTY" you could also carefully use a copper sweat torch on a propane bottle to clean and smooth up the cuts. You've to to work carefully, but it does work.

do all you guys fish out of your portables all year? or do you have permenants also? These things look like bassboats, great imagination and creativity on your guys' part. I have one question, i have an x2 and i got 3 strings of 4' first ice leds. Where do you guys run your power wires for the lights, i hate wires exposed and messy. Can you run them in the tubes?

Kodiak, I really like my coil wiring system. That way the wiring stays out of the way when you put your house back down.
