Special Permit for Using Two Lines!

I heard theres a special permit for using two lines while Catfishing! The Game Warden I talked to at the Franklin Catfish Derby last year told me it cost about $80 and thats only if he catches ya! I can't remember what the permit for using sunfish costs but they got one of those too!

Ya the permit price is different with each CO you get it from.Sometimes it costs as much as your boat.Its the only kind of permit taht you buy after your DONE using it

Fish with a bored kid - that's like using two lines, only one is often wrapped around a tree, your legs, the anchor rope, the motor shaft....
